Eligibility to apply in Mukhyamantri Arthik Kalyan Yojana

The following eligibility or qualification has been prescribed for applying under this scheme -

• Applicant age should be between 18 to 55 years

•  The applicant should be a member of Antyodaya or primary family of National Food Mission ie holding PDS card,
• There is no restriction on educational qualification in this scheme, ie, in this scheme there is no binding rule for the applicant to be educated or pass a certain examination.
• Under this scheme, financial assistance up to a maximum of ₹ 50000 is provided by the Government of Madhya Pradesh to the eligible beneficiaries.

The financial assistance received by the eligible beneficiary under this scheme is divided into the following parts.

 Financial assistance in the form of margin money

Under this type of assistance, 15% of the project cost for the general category applicants, the same BPL or Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes which do not fall in the category of creamy layer and women minority and disabled category applicants and the exempted stroller. And 50% of the project cost for half tribe which is up to a maximum of ₹ 15000, this amount is supported by the government in the form of margin money.

Under this scheme of Madhya Pradesh Government, projects related to hair artisans ie Saloon Operator (Hairdresser), Handcart Driver, Street Vendor, Cycle Rickshaw Driver, Potter etc. are assisted under this scheme.

The list of documents required to apply in this scheme is as follows.

• Ration card / Voter ID card / Driving license / Permanent residence certificate / Aadhaar certificate (one of these)
• Certificate related to date of birth
• Disabled certificate issued by the competent authority (if required)
• Scheduled Caste Certificate issued by the competent authority

The information regarding the implementation of this scheme is as follows-

The scheme was implemented by the Panchayat and Rural Development Department, Cottage and Village Industries Department, Backward Class and Minority Welfare Department, Urban Development and Housing Department, Scheduled Caste Welfare Department, Tribal Welfare Department, and the Declined Stroller and Semi-Nomadic Tribal Welfare Department goes.

The government has given instructions to the above mentioned departments to make financial provision for expenditure on these schemes in their departmental budget itself and the government will endeavor that the average per beneficiary capital investment should be more than 50% of the project project's maximum amount .

The Micro Small and Medium Enterprises Department has been authorized as the nodal department for collecting the implementation coordinator and related etc. of this entire scheme.
